RE: SWIMMING POOL WILL BE CLOSED TEMPORARY (NOVEMBER 21 - 28, 2005)

Dear Valued partners,
Greetings from Mercure Kuta Bali...
In continuance to our 1st Notification dated June 6, 2005 and 2nd Notification dated August 29, 2005:
We would like to well notify you in advance on Mercure Kuta Bali management plan to temporary close the roof-top Swimming Pool, starting on November 21, 2005 until November 28, 2005. The Swimming Pool will be re-opened on November 29, 2005.
The closing is due to the necessity of Swimming Pool general maintenance, which will be focusing on changing the pool ground tiles.
Due to this inconvenience, Hotel Management is pleased to offer the following program for your guests who will stay on the stated period above:
a. ADDED VALUE
A benefit of enjoying the following four (4) option of Food and Beverage program. Please find the details:

- A voucher system will be provided to the guest upon check in.
b. POOL ALTERNATIVE
- We would suggest for the guest to go to Kuta beach.
- Hotel will supply guest with Pool Towels and a Snack bag of Assorted pastries and 1 bottle of Mineral Water per person, max 2 adults per room.
- This special Beach arrangement is only valid during the unavailability of the pool, November 21-28, 2005.
- The sun deck on the left wing of hotel will still be available for sun bathing.
Would appreciate if you could start to inform this matter within your company internally, also to your partners and clients accordingly.
