못가게 되서 호텔 예약했다가 취소했거든요...
근데...
지금 카드사용내역을 보니...
호텔비가 청구가 됐네요...
호텔 사이트 들어가서 보니..

취소된거 아닌가요????
인도네시아돈 캔슬비로 93,500루피만 되는걸로 알고 있는데..
카드사용내역에는 취소된 내역이 없네요..

이렇게 캔슬되어 있다고 나오는데..
잔고가 남았다고 하는데..
그럼 저거는 돌려받지 못하는건가요????
돌려받으려면 어떻게 해야 하는지..
캔슬해 달라고 어떻게 메일을 보내야 하나요???

FAQ에...
Booking cancellations MUST be done at least 3 days before the scheduled check-in date. For any cancellations of bookings made within 2 days (48 hours) of the scheduled check in date, the total payment made is deemed forfeited. Multi-night bookings cancelled within 2 days before your scheduled check-in time will also be deemed forfeited.
In the event of cancellation of bookings (at least 3 days(72hours) before the check-in date), a credit shell amount equivalent to the value of the booking minus the cancellation fee will be credited into the guest’s registered account for future bookings. If the total payment made is less than the cancellation fee, there will be no credit shell given and the whole payment will be deemed forfeited. The amount in credit shell is not exchangeable for cash. The credit shell amount must be used within six (6) months from the date of cancellation, or will be deemed forfeited without further notifications. The credit shell amount is currency-specific and is not valid for bookings for Hotels operating with other currencies. The credit shell amount is not transferable to other accounts. The credit shell amount cannot be used for payments of deposits, add-ons and all other non room-related transactions at the Hotel.

아.................. 잠깐...방 알아보려 예약하고...
바로 취소했는데..호텔을 잘 못 선택했네요 ㅠㅠ
그런데 FAQ상의 이 호텔 booking canell system이 독특하네요
내용을 보면 카드로 예약을 한 후 취소를 해도 결제취소가 되는 건 아니고 받은 예약금에서 취소수수료를 제외한 금액을 호텔측에서 보유하고 있다가 (정확하게 해석하면 은행예금구좌처럼 호탤에서 sky님명의로 예치) 향후 예약 시 이를 사용할 수 있도록 한다는 거네요. 그리고 이 예치금은 향후 6개월내에 미 사용 시 호텔측에 귀속되고 현금으로의 환불이나 다른 사람에게 양도도 불가한걸 로 되어 있네요.
